What is Fleet?
Fleet is the purchase and operation of multiple vehicles by a company, fleet management company, government entity or other municipality. These vehicles are typically used in the daily operation of a business and are often used as an employee perk or benefit.
What is the Volkswagen Fleet Incentive Program?
Volkswagen of America, Inc. established the Volkswagen Fleet Incentive Program in order to provide outstanding service to our commercial fleet customers. The program allows fleet customers to purchase eligible fleet vehicles at a discounted price. Volkswagen Fleet Incentive values will be made available to fleet customers assigned a Volkswagen Fleet Identification Number (FIN Code). If you have not registered for a Volkswagen Fleet Identification Number, please do so today.
What constitutes an Eligible Fleet Customer?
A qualified fleet customer is defined as any company that purchases a new vehicle or vehicles solely for use in its business operations. The vehicle(s) must be titled and registered in the name of the business entity and/or fleet management company in the United States of America. All political subdivisions and public utilities automatically qualify as fleet customers.

Can I combine the Fleet Incentive with other Volkswagen Incentives?
This incentive may NOT be combined with any applicable national, regional, or other retail incentives/transactions completed under this program.
What is the minimum In-Service Requirement?
The minimum in-service requirement is six (6) months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first), unless a vehicle has been damaged beyond repair (i.e. flood, thermal incident, frame damage). All documentation is available for review by Volkswagen of America, Inc. Customers that violate the minimum in-service requirement are subject to exclusion from all program benefits in the future.

What if I need vehicles delivered to various locations?
All vehicles purchased through the Volkswagen Fleet Incentive Program must be purchased through an authorized Volkswagen Dealer. Volkswagen of America, Inc. understands that some commercial clients and fleet management companies need to take delivery in numerous locations and may require a single point of contact for coordination purposes. Volkswagen of American, Inc. may provide the following specialized services:
- Identification of participating dealers
- Vehicle ordering, tracking and reporting
- Assisting with courtesy deliveries
